We offer a wide range of small and large meeting facilities that can be booked for as little or as long as you need. All our rooms can be accessed by wheelchair users. Included within your booking, you can also receive:

Council Chamber 

Our spacious air-conditioned Council Chamber is the ideal venue to host your next conference, training session, award ceremony or showcase event.  The room is equipped with a state-of-the-art Canon full HD projector, 3m x 1.6m screen; lapel, handheld and table top microphones. The room is extremely flexible and can be set up to meet your exact meeting/event requirements.  Free wi-fi available.

  • Capacity:  Theatre Style – 200 people. Cabaret – 90  people
  • Costs: Half Day £100. Full Day £200

 

Meeting Room 1

A pleasant, light and modern meeting room that is ideal to host small meetings or interviews.  This space comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. Free wi-fi available.

  • Capacity: 8 people
  • Costs: Half Day £30. Full Day £60

Meeting Room 2

A pleasant, light and modern meeting room that is ideal to host small meetings or interviews. This space comfortably accommodates up to 4 people.  Free wi-fi available.

  • Capacity: 4 people
  • Costs: Half Day £25. Full Day £50

Meeting  Room 3 

A modern room ideal for smaller meetings, workshops or training sessions. Equipped with a large mounted screen and click share to support with presentations. Free wi-fi available.

  • Capacity: 16 people
  • Costs: Half Day £60. Full Day £120

Meeting Room 4

This room is a spacious and modern room that is equipped to host large meetings, presentations, training groups and seminars. Again, this room is flexible and can be set up to meet your requirements. A large fitted screen is available to support with your presentations.  Free wi-fi available.

  • Capacity: 20 people
  • Costs: Half Day £75. Full Day £150

Meeting Room 5

This room is a spacious and modern room that is equipped to host small meetings. Free wi-fi available.

  • Capacity: 4 people
  • Costs: Half Day £25. Full Day £50

Members Lounge A 

This room is a spacious and modern room that is equipped to host small informal meetings or training events. Free wi-fi available.

  • Capacity: 40 people
  • Costs: Half Day £75. Full Day £150

Members Lounge B

This room is a spacious and modern room that is equipped to host small informal meetings or training events. Free wi-fi available.

Members Lounge A and B

By opening the dividing doors, the members Lounge can be opened to offer a light an spacious multifunctional space.  Ideal for training sessions/workshops or informal meetings. Free wi-fi available.

  • Capacity: 80 people
  • Costs: Half Day £150. Full Day £300

Catering 

Our on-site catering providers, Mrs B’s Catering , can provide you with a selection of hot and cold drinks, along with a choice of 3 appetizing working lunches.  Breakfast options can also be provided upon request. The team are extremely flexible, so providing you with something a little different that meets your needs is no problem.

 

The booking has all been good thanks – very efficient and flexible if we need it. The course is going very well so far. The support from the catering team has also been excellent! So many thanks.
