Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce, in partnership with South Staffordshire Business Growth Hub,
have developed a strategic training programme to support businesses across South Staffordshire.
It was created to provide quality training, delivered by our expert trainers to meet the needs of business and to maximise skills within the region.

COURSE DETAILS – Commercial Development Programme

A suite of six one day practical workshops which explore commercialism in a local authority context with practical exercises and examples.

These six workshops will take place on a Monday once a week for a six week period.

This will enable participants to understand what constitutes a commercial opportunity and how entrepreneurs develop new business ideas through to how to cost and price to maximise the
return and how to market and sell to potential users.

2.Thinking like an Entrepreneur – 02/10/2017
3.Identifying commercial opportunities – 09/10/2017
4.Introduction to Commercial Marketing and Sales – 16/10/2017
5.Advanced selling and pitching – 23/10/2017
6.Customer service and making every contact count – 30/10/2017
