We offer a wide range of small and large meeting facilities that can be booked for as little or as long as you need. All our rooms can be accessed by wheelchair users. Included within your booking, you can also receive:

 Available Meeting Rooms 

Council Chamber 

Our spacious air-conditioned Council Chamber is the ideal venue to host your next conference, training session, award ceremony or showcase event.  The room is equipped with a state-of-the-art Canon full HD projector, 3m x 1.6m screen; lapel, handheld and table top microphones. The room is extremely flexible and can be set up to meet your exact meeting/event requirements.  Free wi-fi available.

  • Capacity:  Theatre Style – 200 people. Cabaret – 90  people
  • Costs: Half Day £100. Full Day £200

 

Bill Brownhill Room 

Named after the former Leader of South Staffordshire Council, this room is a spacious and modern room that is equipped to host large meetings, presentations, training groups and seminars. Again, this room is flexible and can be set up to meet your requirements. A large fitted screen and ceiling mounted projector is available, along with a Logitech conference facility, allowing you to Skype and/or host a teleconference.  Free wi-fi available.

  • Capacity: 25 people
  • Costs: Half Day £75. Full Day £150

Committee Room 2 

A modern room ideal for smaller meetings, workshops or training sessions. Equipped with a ceiling mounted projector and large fitted screen. A Logitech conference facility is also available in this room, allowing you to Skype and/or host a teleconference.  Free wi-fi available.

  • Capacity: 20 people
  • Costs: Half Day £60. Full Day £120

Meeting Room 1

A pleasant, light and modern meeting room that is ideal to host small meetings or interviews. Short term residency is also available. This space comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. Free wi-fi available.

  • Costs: Half Day £25. Full Day £50

Catering 

Our on-site catering providers, Catering Academy, can provide you with a selection of hot and cold drinks, along with a choice of 3 appetizing working lunches.  Breakfast options can also be provided upon request. Jayne and the team are extremely flexible, so providing you with something a little different that meets your needs is no problem.
